Although we are required to send you your purchase within 30 days, the usual dispatch time from ordering is two working days. The delivery time will vary according to your delivery location, as entered by you on the order form. Please visit www.royalmail.com for up-to-date details on time delivery time scales.

Your right to cancel

 Your right to cancel Under the distance selling regulations for the UK, you have the right to change your mind about any purchase that you make online within 14 days. No reason needs to be given. In order to action your right to cancel your contract of sale with us, please email info@meg.fisherinc.co.uk within the 14 days period, to say that you wish to cancel your purchase. Once we have received and inspected the item, your purchase price will be refunded, less the postage costs. Please note that no refunds are given for postage to you, and to return to us. As an alternative to email, you are free to write and send the item to details as per below and also the contact page.

Returns

If you consider that you have received a faulty item, you have 30 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds of purchased items

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Events

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions also denotes that, if you are attending a Me & Quigong event, that you have also accepted the terms here stated.

Me & Qugong reserves the right to refuse entry to or to remove any person whose behaviour we deem inappropriate from any event venue or area where we are staging an event.

Refunds of event tickets

Our workshop places are not refundable, but we are happy for you to transfer your place to a friend if you cannot make it.

 

 

Your right to cancel your purchase for an event

When buying event tickets online (our events are ticketless and your proofs of purchase are your email confirmations and our records), you have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date you paid for your ticket(s). You can cancel without giving a reason under the Distance Selling Regulations. In order to cancel your purchases and receive a full refund, please email meg@meandqigong.com with the following information –

 

  • Your name, postal address and email address
  • Which date you placed the order
  • Which of the orders that you have placed need to be cancelled

Please ensure that your notice arrives within the 14 days period.

It is advisable to use the email method, as postal times may vary and cannot always be guaranteed to arrive on time, or be accepted on time.

If you have paid by credit or debit card, Paypal, or BACS you will be refunded via the same method. If you have paid by any other method, your refund will be by BACS once you have provided us with your account details, or by other methods by arrangement with ourselves.
